Operator and eligibility

DevProfile is based in Egypt and serves individuals developing their careers using their own information. Contact: devprofille@gmail.com. You must be at least 18 and have the capacity required to contract. This release does not support employer candidate screening or assessments of other people.

Service and account

The service provides profile analysis, evaluations, roadmaps, resume tools, chat and job discovery according to available features and your displayed plan. Limits and prices are shown before subscribing; a plan does not imply unlimited use. Maintenance or provider outages can interrupt features. We aim to communicate material paid-service changes and address non-delivery as required by law.

Keep account information accurate and sign-in credentials confidential; report unauthorized access. Do not share accounts to impersonate people or evade limits. Accepting terms does not consent to every processing activity; the privacy notice explains data use and specific consent choices are separate.

Content and acceptable use

Submit only your information and content you have the right to use and send to service providers. Do not upload sensitive or unnecessary personal information about others, or content that violates rights or law. Fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, disruption and deliberate circumvention of limits are prohibited.

You keep your rights in submitted content. You grant a limited, nonexclusive permission to host, process and adapt it as needed to provide requested features, including through disclosed providers; this does not transfer ownership or authorize unrelated uses. Necessary post-closure retention follows the privacy notice and law.

AI outputs may resemble other users’ outputs; we do not guarantee exclusivity or freedom from third-party rights. Check facts and usage rights before publication. To report infringement, send a description, link and basis for the claim through Contact.

AI limitations

Scores, recommendations, resumes, messages and job matches are estimates that may be wrong, biased or incomplete. They are not hiring decisions or binding professional advice. We do not guarantee a job, salary, interview or applicant-tracking-system acceptance. Review and correct outputs and verify the listing and employer before acting.

Subscriptions, payments and cancellation

Price, currency, known taxes or fees, billing cycle and plan limits are shown before payment. Recurring subscriptions renew according to the information and consent shown at purchase. Kashier processes payment; charge and bank posting times can differ. Failed payment may lead to suspension of paid features after handling under applicable rules.

You can request renewal cancellation in billing settings; paid access normally continues until the displayed paid-period end, subject to any legally required handling. Cancellation does not automatically reverse a completed or in-progress payment. Legal withdrawal, refunds and account deletion are different processes.

We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind refunds. This does not limit legally required refunds or remedies, correction of duplicate, incorrect, unauthorized or improperly collected charges, or remedies for service non-delivery. See the refund policy; using a feature is not assumed to waive your rights.

Suspension, termination and external services

We may proportionately restrict an account for breaches, security risks or legal obligations, with reasons and an opportunity to resolve or challenge the issue where appropriate and permitted. Paid access and payments are handled according to the reason for termination and applicable law; mandatory financial rights do not automatically disappear. You can close your account in Settings.

Payment, AI, GitHub and external job services may apply their own terms. External links and listings are not a guarantee of accuracy. The privacy and provider pages explain data flows.

Liability, disputes and changes

These terms do not exclude a guarantee, liability or remedy that law does not allow to be excluded. Rights and liability follow applicable law. These Terms contain no mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver or arbitrary damages cap.

You may contact us to resolve a problem while retaining access to competent consumer or data protection authorities, your bank or courts. No specific choice of law or court has yet been approved, and applicable mandatory protections in your country are preserved.

Changes apply prospectively after appropriate notice; they do not rewrite past acceptance evidence. Fresh acceptance will be requested where required. Effective 9 September 2026. Version 2026-09-09.
