Billing FAQ
Can I cancel renewal?
Use Billing to cancel future renewal. Access normally continues through the paid period shown in your account. A charge already being processed may need separate review. Cancellation is different from statutory withdrawal or a refund request.
Do you offer refunds?
There is no voluntary change-of-mind refund program. Mandatory consumer rights and remedies for service failures or duplicate, incorrect, unauthorized or improperly collected charges are preserved. Contact support for review; this does not restrict regulator or payment-provider rights.
How do I send a withdrawal notice?
Use the withdrawal page to submit a notice and save its receipt. If you cannot sign in, email devprofille@gmail.com. Receipt confirms submission, not eligibility or an approved refund. Applicable deadlines and remedies depend on your contract and law.
What payment information is stored?
Kashier handles card entry. DevProfile retains subscription and transaction information, payment references, recurring-payment consent and protected reusable payment credentials where needed. It does not claim to store no payment data.
Is there a student discount or guaranteed free allowance?
Only rely on offers and allowances shown in the current pricing page and checkout. We do not promise an unannounced student program or a permanent fixed allowance.
