Job matching

Ranked against your profile, not your keywords

A match score here means something specific: the listing was compared with the stack, level and evidence your analysis found. Where that comparison has not happened, you do not get a number.

A ranked match

The score, and the gap behind it

Every ranked result carries a fit score, the reason it fits, the skills you are missing for it, and what to do about them. A number on its own tells you where you stand; these tell you what to change.

  • Why it fits

In plain language: which of your repositories and which part of your level matched what the posting asks for.

  • What is missing

The required skills your profile does not evidence, named individually rather than summarised as a percentage.

  • What to do next

Concrete steps to close the nearest gap — which often turn out to be things already on your roadmap.

  • Shortlist what matters

Save the roles worth chasing and keep them in one place. Saved jobs are a Pro feature.

Honesty

An unranked listing gets no score

The browsable board is not ranked against anyone. Putting a number on those listings would be inventing one, so we do not — they carry a freshness assessment instead, because a six-month-old posting that keeps reappearing is worth knowing about.

  • Every source reports back

A live search fans out across the sources we can reach, and each one tells you whether it answered, returned nothing, was unavailable or refused us. A quiet search is not a search that found nothing.

  • Freshness, not just a date

Listings are assessed as fresh, ageing or suspicious, so you can tell a real opening from a permanently open pipeline ad.

Coverage is deepest for developer roles and internships in Egypt — Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, Mansoura, Tanta, Zagazig and Ismailia — plus remote roles in Egypt and worldwide. Wider on-site coverage is on the roadmap, and we would rather say so than return an empty search. The free plan includes three personalised searches.
