The developer career workspace
Scored like a recruiter would, then a mentor that has read the result.DevProfile reads your GitHub the way a reviewer does, scores it, builds the roadmap and the resume — then hands all of it to a mentor you can point at any part of your work.
The AI mentor
Ask the one advisor that has read your code.
Point it at your report, your roadmap, the project you are building or the job you are looking at. It answers from your work, not from a template.
You choose what it reads
The scope rides on the question and stays visible on it, so you always know what the answer came from.
Structure, not a wall of chat
Headings, tables and lists — the shape of an answer you can act on, not a paragraph you have to mine.
It says when it does not know
If what you attached cannot answer the question, it tells you that instead of filling the gap with something plausible.
DevProfile mentor

The report, live
A real resume, really analyzed.
An actual resume, straight through the analyzer: the score, the findings, and the rewrite that earns the next round.

Profile
Backend-focused Computer Science undergraduate at AAST, drawn to systems where Java / Spring Boot meets applied AI. Currently leading the backend on a SaaS project; seeking backend engineering internships where I can contribute to real-world systems.
Education
- GPA: 3.4 / 4.0
- Relevant Coursework: Data Structures & Algorithms, Computer Architecture, Software Engineering, Java Programming, Web Programming, Database Systems, Cyber Security, Object-Oriented Programming
Projects
- Click here for the GitHub repo: Backend / Frontend
- Built a full-stack SaaS that ingests a developer's GitHub activity and uploaded resume, then generates a hireability score, strengths/weaknesses breakdown, and a personalized learning roadmap via the OpenAI API.
- Engineered the AI evaluation engine on GPT-4o with JSON-schema structured outputs to keep responses reliably parseable, and a dynamic system prompt specialized to the user's tech field and career goal; added local Ollama (qwen3:8b) failover so the platform stays functional without a paid key.
- Led backend on a 6-person team — Spring Boot with 25 REST endpoints, stateless JWT auth via Spring Security for per-user resource isolation, PostgreSQL with 12 versioned Flyway migrations, and PDFBox resume parsing.
- Shipped the Next.js 16 App Router frontend across 19 routes with shadcn/ui components, Zustand state, Recharts visualizations, and public shareable report pages.
- Click here for the GitHub repo
- Built a modular Python CLI scanner that crawls target sites, fuzzes forms with payload wordlists, and detects 3 OWASP Top 10 (2021) vulnerability classes — reflected XSS, error-based SQL injection, and missing security headers.
- Implemented a BFS crawler with a context-aware XSS detector to minimize false positives, and parallelized form scanning via ThreadPoolExecutor, producing Jinja2 HTML and JSON reports scored with a CVSS-lite risk metric so the most severe findings surface first.
- Bundled a deliberately vulnerable Flask target app and enforced a localhost-only domain whitelist for safe, reproducible testing.
- Click here for the GitHub repo
- Built a JavaFX desktop app with 8+ UI screens for authentication, profiles, workout/nutrition planning, and progress tracking — applied MVC across 6+ domain models with centralized backend validation enforcing 15+ rules to keep data consistent across screens.
- Generated personalized workout and nutrition plans from 5+ configurable user parameters and persisted data through JDBC against a 7-table relational schema.
Technical Skills
- LANGUAGES: Java, Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, C++, C, SQL, HTML, CSS.
- BACKEND & APIS: Spring Boot, Spring Security, JPA/Hibernate, REST, Flask, Maven, Flyway.
- FRONTEND: Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui.
- DATABASES: PostgreSQL, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, SQLite, Supabase, MongoDB.
- DEVOPS & TOOLS: Git, Docker, Postman, IntelliJ IDEA, VS Code, XAMPP.
How it knows
Six things run before the mentor says a word.
Advice is only as good as the evidence under it. This is the evidence.
Your GitHub and resume, read like a recruiter reads them
Give DevProfile your GitHub username and upload your resume. It reviews your actual public repositories (structure, tests, commits, documentation) and parses your resume against the same criteria recruiters screen for.
- Real repositories, not keyword matching
- Resume parsed with the same recruiter criteria
- Nothing to install and nothing to authorise: public repositories only
A hireability score you can act on
One number from 0 to 100, broken into five signals and a report in plain language: what's strong, what's costing you interviews, and what to fix first.
- Five signals: code quality, complexity, activity, resume, tech alignment
- A second number against others at your career stage, not just against everyone
- Strengths and weaknesses spelled out, not scored in secret
Strong Spring Boot fundamentals with quantified projects.
Add tests to your top repo. It's the fastest score gain.
A roadmap built from your gaps, not generic advice
Every analysis produces an eight-week plan tied to your actual repositories. Finish an analysis again after you ship something and the plan is rewritten around where you are now, keeping the steps you already completed.
- Week-by-week steps referencing your own projects
- Score, signals and feedback tracked run over run, so you can see whether the work landed
- Achievements earned as the profile improves, shown on your public page
Something worth building next, with the steps to finish it
A catalogue of portfolio builds matched to the week you are on. Each one carries a checklist you tick off, free learning material attached to the steps that need it, and a note on what it proves to a reviewer.
- Matched to your roadmap week and your stack
- A checklist that remembers where you stopped
- Free material for every step, no paid course required
- Model the schema and seed it
- Expose the CRUD endpoints
- Add integration tests
- Containerise and document
The resume writes itself, from your analyzed profile
Pick a target field and level, and DevProfile generates an ATS-friendly PDF from your analyzed strengths and projects, with a live preview while you aim it.
- ATS-friendly PDF in one click, Word export on Pro
- Four templates, live preview of the real document
- Refine any bullet, and it asks you a question rather than inventing an achievement

DevProfile uses your career information, resume and public GitHub evidence to help you assess your own profile, build resumes and plan improvements. Review AI-generated results before using them.
The approved launch is for adults aged 18 or older who have the legal capacity to contract. Use your own information. Employer screening and assessments of other people require a separate review.
No. Scores and recommendations are estimates, not hiring decisions or guarantees of interviews, salary, ATS acceptance or employment. Generated resumes can contain errors; verify every claim.
Use Billing to cancel future renewal. Access normally continues through the paid period shown in your account. A charge already being processed may need separate review. Cancellation is different from statutory withdrawal or a refund request.
Depending on your features, this includes account details, career profiles, public GitHub evidence, resume text and generated documents, analyses and progress, saved jobs, mentor chat, billing and operational records. Local resume drafts are also stored in your browser.
No. Account access is removed and the existing restoration period is 30 days, followed by scheduled purge. Financial, consent and certain operational records may remain for justified purposes. Backup and provider deletion timing require separate handling. Contact support for an erasure request requiring a different outcome.
