Actual account, service, legal role, countries, contract, transfers, retention, training settings and eligibility must be approved before the final register is published. Not every recipient is necessarily a processor; some may be independent controllers.

Google/Gemini, Groq and optional NVIDIA: analysis, generation and chat depending on workload and fallback; may receive resume, profile, code evidence and messages. Tavily and job services: search queries and necessary matching information. GitHub: public repository information and access queries. Activation and settings for each route remain under verification.
